The Mission

The Dames Group (TDG) is a professional Organizational Development, Training and Event Planning/ Management Company providing services to profit organizations. TDG’s mission is to provide non-profit organizations with organizational development services, training services, meeting planning, conference management, event planning and marketing services. Our goal is to partner with our clients to increase revenue (i.e. fundraising and management services), improve company performance (employee retention, volunteer managements, organizational development.) and decrease cost.

Who We Are

With over 10 years of event marketing and training experience, TDG is a consulting firm providing a variety of unique products and services from content development for trainings, conference management to delivery of event marketing/planning. The needs of our diverse clientele are the main focus of TDG; therefore every project is assigned a project manager with the unique expertise to fulfill our client’s needs. Communication is essential, so TDG partners with its clients on every aspect of a service TDG has provided professional services for Trustees of Color, National Black MBA Association, The African American and Students Organization, The African American and Hispanic Network in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.
