When you view yourself what do you see? What do you say to yourself? Honestly?! How often do you tell your self I am attractive, intelligent and worthy- I am accomplished and deserving of my blessing? Seriously! Take a moment right now to close your eyes and tell yourself that you LOVE yourself !! When you start to doubt your worth, others will as well. Make sure you are taking some time out of your life (shoot I do it everyday) to REMIND yourself that you are a beautiful person. Sometimes we compare ourselves to so many images of folks who really may be unhappy on the inside. Let’s stop being so hard on our self impressions and make sure we take the time to appreciate what we have and not complain about what we wish we were. Only you can spark change in your future..
